Beaches Of Panormo
In Panormo, there are two sandy beaches and a few smaller ones. Limanaki beach is located in the port of Panormos. It is sandy and has crystal clear waters. It is ideal for children as it is shallow, and is protected on the east by a pier, where the boats dock. It is organized with umbrellas, showers, water sports. Next, in the east there is a small beach with pebbles, a little more isolated.
The western beach to bring the name "Lake". It is also a sandy beach that is protected to the west by a pier.

Beaches in Rethymno
Beach Geropotamos
Geropotamos is located about 3 km west from the village of Panormo and 18 km east of Rethymno. The small beach is sandy and clean water, which is very cool. It is organized with umbrellas and a canteen that offers soft drinks, water and food.
Beach Caves
The beach Rock Creek or the Caves is situated 4 km west of Panormos and 15 km east of Rethymnon, in a fairly secluded area of rethymno latzima, a few miles east of Skaleta, and before the City. The beach is in the heart of a small bay with crystal clear deep waters, protected by rocks. Feature of the beach, called and Caves, is the beautiful cave-like rocks that protect the small beach to the west
Beaches Bali Beach
The seaside tourist resort Bali is located on a large bay, 30km to the east of Rethymno and 43km west of Heraklion. Bali has four bays, which are formed beautiful beaches with sand and green waters (Meadow, Βαρκότοπος, Port, Karavostasis). The beaches are almost always calm, as well as their orientation is west. All are appropriate for children, and well-organized.
Beach Plakias
Plakias is a popular tourist resort, 36 km south of Rethymnon, and is built on the output of a fertile plain, surrounded by high mountains and dense olive groves. The main beach of Plakias is located to the east of the village and extends to a length of 1.3 km as the Cape Mouri. It is a well organized sandy beach, with green waters. Along the beach there is a beach promenade, ideal for a walk on foot or by bike. Along the road there are several restaurants and hotels, while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, umbrellas, water sports, beach volley courts, canteens, changing rooms,showers.
Beach Of Agia Galini
Agia Galini is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the South of Rethymno and is located next to the exit of the Αμαριανού river, 61km south-east of Rethymno and 68km southwest of Heraklion. To the east of the port starts a huge beach, which extends to the east as the Red Tower. The sea is almost always calm. The section of the beach near the port is very well organized and provides all the necessary amenities. It has small pebbles and cold waters.
