Panormo has regular bus service to/from Rethymno with urban and suburban bus service from/to Heraklion and Chania by bus.

Is also served by two international airports of Heraklion (61 km) and Chania (95 km), which lands daily, a significant number of flights of regular and charter.

In the same cities, there are also 2 large ports, which connect the island of Crete with Athens (Piraeus port), but also with other islands of the Aegean sea. From the port of Heraklion there is a daily connection to Santorini.
